 Pinestone Resort is located on the R7 snowmobile trail with access to 580km of trails. The resort is also located on the 92 km of Nordic ski trails available throughout Haliburton County. There is an ice skating rink (weather permitting) and a toboggan hill (both lit for night time enjoyment) with sleds and tubes free for in-house guest use.  To top off a perfect family weekend, drop by the campfire on Saturday nights for some hot chocolate and marshmallows. After a day in the Northern outdoors enjoy a swim in the oversized indoor salt water pool or relax in the co-ed sauna room.

An all-ages Games Room is located in the lower Gallery building with pool table, video games, and air hockey. Children’s books and board games are also available at the Front Desk to keep the little ones occupied while indoors.

Whether you make time for family bonding while hiking or enjoy the Haliburton Highland’s scenery on a family picnic, reconnecting with your loved ones has never been easier than at the Pinestone Resort & Conference Centre.

 		Kids Tobogganing

For the little ones, the Pinestone Resort & Conference Centre features a children’s playground which is located near the tennis courts. The playground includes a sandbox, swings, a slide, and climbing equipment.

The playground is unsupervised and an adult must accompany children. The indoor and (seasonal) outdoor saltwater pools are guaranteed to be a big hit.

Other seasonal children’s activities available on-site are fishing, canoeing, boating, and swimming. The Activities Kiosk has lifejackets and oars for canoes and paddleboats and fishing rods for fishing (catch and release only) in the 14 acre activity pond.
