Haliburton, Ontario Attractions
Things to See and Do at Pinestone Resort
Less than three hours from Toronto and Ottawa, the Haliburton Highlands are nestled among the rugged landscape of the Canadian Shield. With more than 600 lakes in the region, water enthusiasts interested in boating, canoeing, kayaking, and – of course – fishing will have found their paradise.
There’s something for those who remain on dry land, too. Thousands of kilometres of scenic trails await hikers, mountain bikers, ATV enthusiasts, snowmobilers, and skiers. Or pop into the community’s quaint towns and villages for your fill of shops, authentic dining experiences and, best of all, country charm.
